ZIDER PrintOps Update Log: Automatic Wix Sync and Reliable Printing

New orders sync automatically after installation

Once ZIDER PrintOps is installed and connected to your Wix store, new orders are synced automatically as they arrive. You do not need to run a manual sync for everyday new orders.

The manual sync action is for historical orders only. Use it to import orders that were created before PrintOps was installed, or to backfill an older time window when you need more history.

Sync more of your Wix order history

PrintOps now follows Wix order pages during a sync, so larger order windows can be collected across multiple pages instead of stopping at the first page.

• Standard historical sync covers the last 15 days.

• Paid plans can sync up to 180 days of history.

• Progress shows the batches that have been processed.

• PrintOps tells you when another sync is needed.

Clearer order details

Order records now retain more of the information you need for fulfillment, including payment status, product details, quantities, and totals. This makes it easier to review an order before printing.

More dependable printing

We also improved the path from synced order data to printed documents, with more consistent output for A4 documents and 80mm thermal receipts.

How to get started

1. Install ZIDER PrintOps from the Wix App Market.

2. Connect the app to your Wix store.

3. Let new orders sync automatically.

4. Use manual sync only when you need to import historical orders.
